On the executive ticket Denisce Palacios, an international business and political science junior, is seeking the presidency; Alex Saldivar, an accounting senior, is running for vice president for the Edinburg campus; and Ingrid De la Torre, nursing sophomore, is running for vice president for the Brownsville campus.
In the College of Business and Entrepreneurship, accounting senior Aldo Yahir Rios is seeking the senator position.
In the College of Fine Arts, the senate candidate is Steven Hughes, a graphic design freshman.
For the College of Health Affairs, Cyana Arredondo (no major listed), exercise science sophomore Alyssa Guajardo, biomedical science senior Adrian Maldonado and biomedical sciences freshman Leticia Villarreal are seeking to become senators.
In the College of Sciences, biology majors Yanelly Palomo, Marcos Valdez and Miguel Viescaz.
For senators-at-large in Brownsville, political science sophomore Monika Garza, nursing sophomore Kevin Martinez and Ivan Morado (no major listed).
