Name: Clavier Club
Purpose: To inspire and share the enjoyment of solo and collaborative piano playing by performing numerous concerts in Brownsville and throughout South Texas.

Activities: The Clavier Club performs solo and collaborative piano concerts in the local area, including the Carlotta Petrina Museum, El Hueso de Fraile Café and Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport. The club also participates in collaboration with other student organizations such as the German Club, who last spring organized a concert titled Musikabend. The organization also hosts fundraising events to help fund attending the University of Houston International Piano Festival, as well as other concerts.
Meetings: 5:30 p.m. Friday. Location varies.
Membership requirements: Open to all majors.
