Toss for Luck
UTRGV students, faculty and staff are invited to toss coins into the university’s water fountains today through Friday at the Main Water Fountain in Brownsville and at the Chapel of the Lord Fountain in Edinburg. All proceeds will go to a scholarship fund that is to be awarded to future Vaqueros.

Info Depots
The Campus Programming Board will host Info Depots, where campus maps will be distributed and directions to class, snacks and events information will be given from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. on the Student Union lawn, Life and Health Sciences Building parking lot, Main north lawn, Sabal Hall lawn and Main Courtyard on the Brownsville campus and at the same time in the Academic Services Building, Health and Physical Education 1 and 2, Library Lobby, Troxel Lawn, Visitors Center, Student Union Info Desk and the UREC Membership Desk on the Edinburg campus. Access for Sex-Education

Lemonade Campus Giveaway

Picnic with the President
Meet UTRGV President Guy Bailey and his administration team and get a free lunch during Picnic with the President, scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday in the courtyard of the Music and Science Building in Brownsville and at the same time Thursday at the Science Building in Edinburg. The Stomp
University colleges, departments, student organizations and local businesses will gather from 5 to 7 p.m. on the Student Union lawn on the Brownsville campus to welcome students back to school. In Edinburg, The Stomp will take place at the same time Thursday on the Soccer and Track & Field Complex. Free food will be provided by the Campus Programming Board and live music by Rockstar Denied. Veterans and their dependents are invited to a barbecue hosted by the Military and Veterans Success Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Ballroom in the Edinburg campus.
