“When I think of a good boss, I think of my own boss. Someone who is very patient and is willing to answer questions. I like asking a lot of questions, so having a boss that’s, you know, very nice, very patient, willing to answer. And then also a boss that’s willing to help out when things get stressful, I think. A boss that’s willing to put themselves out there, work with us and stuff like that.”
