The Learning Center will host a Vision Board workshop from 4 to 5 p.m. in the University Library lobby on the Edinburg campus and from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Music, Science and Learning Center lobby on the Brownsville campus.
Zumba Toning
University Recreation invites students to stay active and in shape through body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. in UREC Studio 1 on the Edinburg campus.
Boxing Training
University Recreation offers boxing classes in which students and members will deliver jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. in UREC Studio 2 on the Edinburg campus.

Teacher Leadership Master’s
The Graduate Recruitment & Admissions Team will host a webinar discussion on the Master of Education in Teacher Leadership program from noon to 1 p.m. The event will cover admissions, tuition and financial support. Students can register at calendar.utrgv.edu.

Aurora Tsai, project assistant professor at the University of Tokyo in the Center for Global Education, will present “Unlearning Linguistic Shame Among Mixed-Heritage Japanese Learners Through Collective Healing and Storytelling” from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. in Academic Services Building Room 1.106 on the Edinburg campus, in Music, Science and Learning Center Room 1.105 on the Brownsville campus and via Zoom ID: 449 301 4031. La Unión Chicana de Hijxs de Aztlán (Mexican American Studies Club) will conduct its first meeting at 1 p.m. in Education Complex Room 1.506 on the Edinburg campus. Members will discuss their strong sense of familia, embrace of one’s self and power to create change.

1 Million Cups
The Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Center hosts 1 Million Cups from 9 to 10 a.m. at the eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization, located at 1304 E. Adams St. in downtown Brownsville. The public is invited to make connections, address challenges and find opportunities within the community.
Study Abroad Fair
The Office of the Provost will host a Study Abroad Fair where students, faculty and staff are invited to learn about short-term summer programs offered abroad. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Dining & Ballroom Complex on the Edinburg campus.

Art Exhibit
“El Dorado Despejado,” an exhibit featuring the work of Julia Santos Solomon, a Dominican-American multimedia artist, will open with a reception at 6 p.m. in the UTRGV Performing Arts Complex on the Edinburg campus. Admission is free. The exhibit is part of the College of Fine Arts Distinguished Artist Series.
