Info Depots
The Campus Programming Board will host Info Depots where they will give out a campus map, directions to class, snacks and event information starting at 8 a.m. on Student Union lawn on the Brownsville campus and at 7:30 a.m. at the Info Desk on the Edinburg campus. The Info Depots will also be available Tuesday at the same time and location for Edinburg. Brownsville will keep the same time but move to El Comedor.
Giveaway Hour
The Student Union will host a Giveaway Hour where students can spin-the-wheel to win prizes and learn about future events. The hour will begin at noon at the Student Union Commons on the Edinburg campus and at the same time on Tuesday at El Comedor on the Brownsville campus.
Tuesday
International Meet & Greet
International and domestic students are invited to the UTRGV Office of Global Engagement’s International Meet and Greet. The celebration will include a parade of flags with students and staff representing different countries. On the Brownsville campus, scheduled from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., the route begins at Main and ends at the Student Union lawn. In Edinburg, the event will take place at the same time Thursday with the route beginning at the Performing Arts Complex and ending at the Ballroom. Picnic with the President
UTRGV President Guy Bailey and his administration team will serve free lunch during Picnic with the President, scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the PlainsCapital Bank El Gran Salón on the Brownsville campus and at the same time Thursday in the Ballroom on the Edinburg campus. The Stomp
University departments, student organizations, college representatives and local businesses will gather from 4 to 7 p.m. for The Stomp at the Student Union lawn on the Brownsville campus to welcome students back to school. In Edinburg, The Stomp will take place at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the HPE 2 Track & Soccer Field. Free food, games and swag are available with a valid UTRGV student ID. Play Madden NFL 20 for free starting at 12:15 p.m. in the game room on the Edinburg campus.

UTRGV Day
As part of Best Week Ever, UTRGV will celebrate its founding starting at 10 a.m. in the Ballroom on the Edinburg campus and 2 p.m. at the PlainsCapital Bank El Gran Salón on the Brownsville campus. The event will feature a photo booth that will be in the Student Union Commons on the Edinburg campus and in El Comedor on the Brownsville campus. Game Room Fiesta
Free food, free play and an evening to spend with friends will take place at 5 p.m. in the game room on the Edinburg campus.
Cultural Awareness
