Squishmallows Swap Meet
The Student Union will host a swap meet where Squishmallows fans can talk about and trade plushies from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Union La Sala on the Brownsville campus and at the same time Wednesday on the Student Union East Patio on the Edinburg campus.

Holy Mass
The Catholic Student Association celebrates Mass from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. every Tuesday in the University Chapel on the Edinburg campus.
Community Service Opportunity
The Bilingual Education Student Organization will host Campus Clean-Up Day. Students may pick up a glove and bag from 2 to 3 p.m. in front of the University Library on the Edinburg campus.
Wednesday
Exploring your Leadership Identity
The Center for Student Involvement will conduct a leadership workshop from 10 to 11 a.m. in Student Union Room 2.20 on the Brownsville campus and from 2 to 3 p.m. in Student Academic Center Room 1.101 on the Edinburg campus.
SGA Applications
The Student Government Association will close election candidate applications at 11:59 p.m. Students may apply via V Link.
Impact Speaker
The Center for Student Involvement will host keynote speaker Rosalinda Mercado, the chief operation manager of Sunny Glen Children’s Home, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Salón Cassia on the Brownsville campus. RSVP on V Link to reserve one of 30 spots available. There will be free food.
Thursday
Engineering and Computer Science Town Hall
The Student Government Association will give students the chance to express concerns and ideas or ask questions about the College of Engineering and Computer Science. The town hall will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in Music, Science and Learning Center Room 3.125 on the Brownsville campus and from 4 to 5 p.m. in Engineering Building Room 1.262 on the Edinburg campus.
Friday
‘Picasso’ Play
The Theatre Department will present the play, “Picasso at the Lapin Agile,” written by comedian and actor Steve Martin, at 7:30 p.m. in the Albert L. Jeffers Theatre on the Edinburg campus. Additional performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $5 for students, $15 for general admission and $10 for seniors and military members.
Autism Awareness
The Exercise Science Club will host an event to promote health and wellness from noon to 2 p.m. in the University Library Courtyard on the Edinburg campus. The club will also provide information about individuals with autism and how they are affected. It will also host a pull-up and push-up contest with a $20 gift card for first place and two $10 gift cards for second and third places.
Brunch with the Deans
The Center for Student Involvement and Family Involvement will host Brunch with the Deans, where parents can ask questions, talk about degree programs and career opportunities from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Student Academic Center Room 1.101 on the Edinburg campus. There will be free breakfast.
Scavenger Hunt
The Center for Student Involvement and Family Involvement will host a Scavenger Hunt where families work together to find items and take pictures from 2 to 4 p.m. on the Edinburg and Brownsville campuses.
Lotería Night
The Center for Student Involvement and Family Involvement will host a loteríagame night from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Student Academic Center Room 1.101 on the Edinburg campus and at the same time in Salón Cassia on the Brownsville campus.
Saturday
Baseball Night
The Center for Student Involvement and Family Involvement will finish Family Weekend at 6:30 p.m. at the UTRGV Baseball Stadium on the Edinburg campus. The team will play against the University of Houston.
