Q: When you were younger, what job did you want? How does that compare to your current major?
A: “I always wanted to be a dentist for the longest time, but then, since I started getting into golf more and I saw a lot of injuries happening, I changed into the [physical therapy] route, because I know how important it is to get athletes back on the field.”
Q: What is your favorite piece of media?
A: “I like scary movies a lot. I think that’s my favorite genre.”
Q: Do you have a favorite scary movie? Why?
A: “Definitely ‘The Conjuring 3.’ I love the plot. I think it’s so interesting, and it’s just really good to follow.”
Q: What is the difference between a game and a sport?
A: “I think a game is understanding everything that goes into a component, and a sport is, like, having a special skill in that one thing you play.”
Q: Do you ever meet up with teammates outside of practice?
A: “Yeah, we’re really close. We hang out a lot. We love to go to [the University] Draft House and eat or we go to the Rec [building] sometimes, and we like to play other sports. We play basketball sometimes.
Q: What has been your most exciting experience in the last few years?
A: “I think it’s been traveling to our most recent tournament in Beaumont, Texas. I thought the course was really pretty, and it was nice to see another college and their course they like to practice at and the scenery.”
Q: If you couldn’t be an athlete anymore, what would you do with the available time?
A: “I think I would pick up more time in a PT clinic since I really have an interest for it, and I think I love seeing the smile on athletes’ faces when they are able to get good rehab and get back up on the field.”
