UTRGV COVID testing moves to clinics On April 12, COVID-19 drive-thru testing sites were taken down due to a decline in demand. Testing is now conducted in the Health Services Clinics on the Edinburg, Brownsville and Harlingen campuses. Clinics will continue to offer these services to the community on an appointment basis.
