If you had a plane ticket to anywhere in the world, where would you travel? “Thailand, because their food looks so good and I heard it’s cheap.”
If you were an animal, what animal would you be and why? “I guess a platypus, because it’s a whole bunch of things and I feel like I’m made up of a lot of different things, like personalitywise.” [Laughs]
If a song played every time you walked into a room, what song would that be? “Oh, that’s a tough one. It depends how I’m feeling that day, but I think ‘Shining’ by DJ Khaled, featuring Beyonce and Jay-Z.”
If you could be any character from any movie or TV show, what character would you be? “I don’t watch TV that much, but I guess I would be Olivia Pope on ‘Scandal,’ because she’s a badass. Can you say that?” [Laughs]
Who is the funniest person on the team? “Oh, definitely me. And since I shouldn’t talk about myself, I guess, I’ll go with Daniela Cantu.”
Do you have any hidden talents? “They’re hidden to me if I have them. I can do the splits … sometimes.”
If you weren’t playing soccer, what sport would you play? “Probably sand volleyball.”
If you had one superpower, what would it be? “To like, when I read, I’ll remember it, like, when I’m doing my homework, so it’s so much easier. So, as soon as I read, I’ll never have to think about it again.”
You can have one meal with one celebrity, what is your meal and who are you eating with? “OK, so we’re going to eat probably a steak and sweet potato fries and it’s going to be with Abby Wambach, because she’s the G.O.A.T. in soccer.”
Would you rather fight 100 duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck? “One hundred duck-sized horses, because I would just kick them.” [Laughs]
