‘A time of transition’

The UTRGV School of Medicine celebrated Match Day 2021 on March 19, where 98% of its students learned where they will spend several upcoming years practicing medicine. According to John Krouse, dean of the School of Medicine and executive vice president of Health Affairs, this method is used to match graduating seniors from U.S medical schools with hospitals and health systems that have residency programs available for them.
