Samuel Valdez, biology senior and Vice President of Education for CEA, moderates the forum. The forum had a total of 30 people attend via Zoom and in person at the PlainsCapital Bank Student Union Theater in Edinburg last Tuesday. The Edinburg Mayoral election will take place Nov. 2.
