Taking a stand

UTRGV freshman and U.S. Army veteran Russ Blaha put up the signs to bring attention to the torn and worn-out flags on campus. Blaha had been requesting for a month that they be replaced. After he posted the signs, University Police quickly replaced the U.S. flag.
