“For me, it’s just a lot of talking to your friends and your family and getting out all the frustration that you have and all the questions that you have. And, just asking for help and just talking to whoever you need to. Sometimes cry if you need to. It makes it all a lot better.”
“I try to organize myself the best way that I can and I usually take breaks when I study. I make sure that I study for a couple of minutes and then I’m, like, OK, it’s been a little bit too much. So, then I take five minutes and I go do some stuff or try to relax so I can come back and finish whatever I was studying.”
“Well, I always take time management. I make sure I manage my time well enough to complete all the tasks that I have to complete and it copes with the stress, not having to stress every day. So, I plan out everything beforehand, like a week beforehand.”
“OK, so, generally, if stress is being caused at the moment, it might be because of, like, an upcoming exam or stuff like that, like, my assignments are due. So usually, like, maybe go and hang out with some friends, maybe go to, like, a coffee shop, or something, and study together and really just, like, talk about the things that are going on and that really, like, helps each other like really just minimize the stress that’s being caused. You know, you have a good moment and all this stress is really just being reduced, so hanging out with friends and stuff like that is a really great way to deal with stress.”
