“So, I went to the Donna Corn Maze and you go through the little maze, right? You hear the little chain saw and it’s like [chain saw noise]. Yeah, I got hit in the head, but that’s pretty much it. I would go again.”
“When I first came to the U.S., I was living in Wisconsin, and the first year that I came here, I went trick-or-treating with some friends. That’s probably my favorite memory … [It was] my first time trick- or -treating … It was a lot of fun, scary at first, but it was fun.”
“One favorite Halloween memory that I have is just in my living room. We would sit around and just read Edgar Allen Poe poems, like, with our whole family. And, like, we would just sit there during Halloween, like, the whole month we just sit there and just read all the scary poems that we had. It was the best memory ever for me because it got me into reading more about Edgar Allen Poe’s poems and just reading in general.”
“Halloween in general, I just feel like, you know, it’s a time that I don’t get to do this often, so I like going out with my friends, you know, messing our teeth up and just playing games all night. That’s what we tend to do and that’s what I enjoy doing on Halloween.”
