“What I would do is if I were to see trash around or laying around the campus, I usually pick it up and find the nearest trash can. I think it’s important to, you know, pick up trash, because, you know, we don’t want any of that stuff on the ground or, you know, ending up in our sewers and stuff.”
“I limit the use of bottles, plastic bottles. I also recycle, as well as when I garden, or my mother gardens, we reuse cartons of the milk. We cut them up and use them to reuse these things. Recycle your bottles and use less bottles, more containers. Try to limit the use of the amount of water you use in the shower, sinks, anything. Try to limit it as much as we can.”
“I recycle bottle caps and I try my best not to use plastic bags at the store. It’s important that we keep our planet clean because, I mean, this is the only one we have. So, we don’t have a second chance.”
“I try to limit my trash dumping, as in I don’t throw trash on the ground. I try to recycle as much as I can and anything I can recycle, I do recycle. … When I eat out, if I do eat out, I try to get less straws, so, you know, less plastic waste and stuff like that.”
